About Cubist Lexington Development

Cubist Pharmaceuticals, which initially occupied space at 65 Hayden Avenue in Lexington commencing in 2001, is proposing a 110,000 square foot expansion impacting 65 Hayden Avenue which would house predominately laboratory space for Cubist's increased research and development activity. Parking needs for the additional floor area will be accommodated through a combination of surface parking and, if needed, the development of a structured parking garage. Although in a preliminary phase, the building expansion has been conceptually designed to replace areas of existing impervious surfaces in addition to a vertical expansion of the existing 65 Hayden Avenue building. These efforts are being made in an attempt to minimize site impacts from both an esthetic and environmental perspective.
